Carrier Access Billing is a major revenue producer in the majority of Independent Telephone Companies (ITCs).
It is also frequently the most misunderstood of all telco applications. Many telco staff members in smaller ITCs have not
been exposed to the CABS process because it has typically been "outsourced" to a third party company, so CABS is often perceived
as too mysterious and too complicated to attempt on your own. But it doesn't have to be that way!
