JJubillee is a comprehensive customer care, billing, and operations support system
which enables you to enter orders and payments, process trouble reports, manage workflows and
plant operations, poll switches, rate customer calls, and generate bills for all the services
you offer – everything in one integrated software application.
All customer and plant/technical data are stored in a single database, which is accessed
through an easy-to-use graphical user interface with powerful search tools. Since JJubillee is web based,
users need only a PC and a web browser to connect via a local area network or the Internet.
To facilitate the automation of many plant and back-office operations, JJubillee is designed
for connectivity to switches, media recording devices, DSL systems, and Internet service providers
for provisioning and real-time processing. It is capable of rating one call at a time and
producing a real-time bill.
Because it was built for the Internet, JJubillee provides the web portal for your customers
to view and pay their bills online, and its integrated Credit Card Processor will allow them to pay by
credit card with immediate card validation and authorization.
JJubillee will allow you to automate the sending and receiving of files to/from other locations
and to integrate the file processing into your applications. For example, you can automatically receive
and process files from your switch, Bell, or a remote tandem, and
automatically create and send updates to the E911 and Caller Name databases.
